BASIC FUNCTION
Coordinates/Administers various human resource functions such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and administer the recruitment and selection system within the division in a time and cost effective manner and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with selected University Campuses to drive ongoing recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate regular campus visits and student interviews.
• Build campus partner team within Stryker.
• Partner with select recruitment vendors to meet hiring heads of the business.
• Coordinate for and/or assist in the training of employees as needed.
• Assist in the compilation and/or preparation of confidential reports, statistics, graphs, and/or files for the Human Resource function.
• Plan, evaluate, research and/or recommend systemic and/or process improvements for the Human Resource function.
• Submit periodic reports on assigned topics to supervisor.
• Continually develop positive employee relations climate focusing on high commitment, teamwork, and effective communication.
• Responsible for managing the onsite interview process.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Has the independence and authority to perform required tasks to ensure all provisions of the quality system are met.

Qualifications/Work Experience

Education and/or Special Training

2-3 Years of Recruiting Experience
Basic AIRS and Boolean Search Training
Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a related discipline; preferably in business.
