Job Qualifications:
TriNet is currently recruiting for an experienced recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition team delivers high quality candidates to a broad range of customers across diverse industries while also guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with customers, hiring managers, candidates and TriNet colleagues. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
- Write complete and detailed recruitment plans to ensure a full understanding of job responsibilities, candidate requirements and business needs.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and team members
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates across a diverse range of positions, industries and geographies
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively use multi-channel sourcing activities such as social networking sites, professional organization, etc. to identify potential candidates
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates
- Create and foster relationships with diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates
- Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience with candidate tracking databases (i.e. Taleo, MSWord, MSExcel)
- Excellent computer skills including a proven ability to use social media and technology resources for sourcing purposes.
