Quality Systems Specialist 4
Work Transfer Project Interface Manager to lead Quality reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development in the review of Work Transfer Management.
Leads multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.
Serve as Supplier Quality (SQ) Work Transfer Interface Manager in conducting contract reviews, research, performance reports and establishes SQ oversight to ensure successful compliant delivery of work transfer products. Reviews contracts for quality source selection and process capability assessments of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions.
Leads team in creating comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules between several SQ organization and Supplier Management integration projects; identifies time frames for key project milestones and ensures alignment of sub tier activities for overall project visibility, tracking and completion.
Direct, manage and update very complex project schedules for Work Transfer qualifications requiring interfacing with multi regional or international activities. Independently identifies project resource requirements, integrates and directs multi project elements into a single collective overall project plan. Coordinates response for review and approval by responsible Supplier Quality organizations and presents results to Senior Management.
Facilitate and assist management as needed with daily work activities which will include; process improvement, facilitation, share point development and other ad hoc enhancements.

Collaborates with others on the most complex projects assigned. Ability to direct, delegate and ensure performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks as a project team leader in support of the overall large scale and complex projects. Identifies and resolves any issues and provide solutions and or recommendations to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Technical• Customer/Supplier Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of customer's/supplier's organization, processes, policies and procedures, products, requirements, capabilities, practices, support resources, preferences, constraints, etc.

Extensive understanding of the effectiveness of different communication materials (e.g., proposals, papers, user guides, reports, articles, promotional materials, brochures, web sites, presentations, speeches), to select and direct the preparation of materials to satisfy a variety of customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationDo you have a minimum of 5 years experience working with suppliers and quality management system (QMS)?
Do you have a minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management?
Do you have experience with the Work Transfer Management process?
Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Selected candidate will be assigned to Everett, Washington or Renton, Washington work location, depending on business needs.
