Leads activities to define and document and negotiates product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management, and engineering processes. Oversees activities to develop, document and implement plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control. Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; conducts audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements. Can leads others when required to develop certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes. Develops plans, schedules and resource commitments to develop, test and deploy process improvements and changes. Works under consultative direction.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 4 - AA degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 5 - AA degree in related discipline and typically 9 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Lead activities to define and document CAS Technical Services Modification (TS Mods) integrated product requirements relevant to configuration, data and data management, Certification, and Engineering processes. As a member of the Engineering Core Operations team the candidate will develop, document, and implement plans and processes to ensure CAS TS Mods products meet technical, data, regulatory, and company requirements and maintain configuration control for detailed processes in support of Service Bulletins, part / kits, tools, and technical documentation. Track and report data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration, and contractual requirements. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure CAS TS Mods products meet requirements. Key responsibilities include develop integrated process architecture infrastructures with production and post production programs as required, process models, product structure definitions, and/or data requirements/data management processes. Assist senior level staff in the deployment of program/business unit architecture(s). Lead work to identify, gather, analyze, and document requirements for program processes including gathering information from additional subject matter experts for inclusion into strategy material. Summarize, develop, and present data for approval of strategic plan/directions for the business unit. Lead the development of plans, schedules and resource commitments to develop, test and deploy processes and revisions to processes. Facilitate working level sessions across the TS Mods functional organizations with users to develop step by step process flows and process solutions using process modeling techniques. Develop changes to processes using defined change management practices while maintaining configuration control. Develop standardized documentation to deploy common business processes across business units. Integrate process and tool solutions with functional business units. Work together with the TS Mods Engineering organizations and other Production Life Cycle Platform Teams (LCPT) across various functional areas, to respond to changes to SOW, assess the impact and negotiate proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules. Direct and approve development of training material to communicate new and revised processes and tools. Coach trainers on initial presentation of new or complex material. Present complex training and communication materials to critical business unit stakeholders for coordination and feedback. Work under minimal direction.
