Our client, a global management consulting firm, is a leading provider of consulting services to global Fortune 500 companies. They are experiencing tremendous growth and building a team of consultants with hands-on delivery know-how, business analysis capabilities, and strategic consulting expertise.
They are looking for an experienced consultant to add to their Telecom team, which operates within a larger Strategic Services group.
Brief Job Description:
The Principal’s role is to work with the client’s senior executive team to drive the most strategic operational initiatives: Implementing innovative solutions, measuring results early and often, and ensuring the desired performance.
Principal consultants are called on to deliver outstanding client results, inspire and mentor teams, facilitate client teams to implement recommendations, organize and write proposals, and lead new business development.
Consultants leverage their own industry expertise, and technical competence to drive the overall design and implementation of customized best practice solutions.
Qualifications
8+ years recent (within the past 3 years) Top-Tier/Big 4 Management Consulting Firm experience required. Direct employment for firms like Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, McKinsey, etc. – this is non-negotiable.
- Combination of consulting and industry experience preferred.
- Bachelors Degree required; Masters/MBA preferred
- Must be open to high travel
