Pr Performance Specialist
This position provides consulting, design and development of Diversity & Workforce Effectiveness initiatives. Interfaces with internal colleagues, business unit leaders and subject matter experts to determine needs and requirements. Functions as an internal expert in a corporate function to assess and enhance the performance of the organization through onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and teamwork.
· Designs and implements enterprise and/or business unit performance improvement programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and teams to increase organization productivity and customer satisfaction. · Leads company-wide programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement and teamwork. · Oversees the processes related to performance management and employee onboarding to ensure they are both effective and efficient. · Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and innovation. Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions. · Researches, evaluates and recommends delivery strategies, topics, techniques, and tools to enhance the performance and/or learning intervention. · Owns the customer relationship. Evaluates and recommends suppliers, oversees workflow and manages vendor relationships. Continuously looking to improve workflow to improve cycle time, product and service quality. · Viewed as a subject matter expert, industry contributor and valued network. Has a wide-range of professional experiences and leverages networks and experience to accomplish goals. · Mentors team members. Maintains depth and breadth of knowledge and experiences across multiple areas of helor's degree in appropriate discipline, or in the absence of an bachelor's degree, six years of related experience. Bachelor's degree in appropriate discipline, and two years of related experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, eight years of related experience.
