Manage transition from existing PDM tool to PLM focusing on implementation to entire Production team. Work with Project Manager to ensure key milestones are being met. Manage all tasks related to transition from PDM to PLM
Provide day-to-day Technical Design support.
Serve as system owner for all Technical Design tools and reporting.
Manage PLM processes relating to Technical Design workflow.

Detailed Accountabilities:
Technical Design Support
Support existing Technical Design tools
Manage PLM projects from initial concepts to implementation
Champion necessary PLM enhancements and follow through until completion
Partner with PBT/OMS/FedBrands teams to stay current on system changes that may affect PLM
Day to day Production team support
Understanding of key business requirements
Testing
Serve as testing advocate.
Plan and execute all Technical Design related testing
Assist in testing other PLM modules when required
Customer Service
Support all FOBs
Communicate to Production team any enhancements/changes
Work with all levels within PBT / MST / TSS to resolve issues
Human Resources/Management
Assist HR in training new hires, as necessary.
Assist HR with updating training materials as needed.
Skills Summary:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong Follow Up, Presentation and Project Management Skills
Thorough knowledge of Gerber WebPDM system or equivalent
Technical Design experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong MS Office experience
