Easter Seals' Vocational Services helps individuals with disabilities fulfill their potential for working independently in their community. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work with individuals with disabilities or other obstacles to finding employment in the Laconia to Hooksett area. Responsibilities will include conducting intake interviews, assisting in referrals, identifying employment opportunities, facilitating placements and providing job search coaching and training. This is a full-time (30 hours per week) position. The work schedule may require occasional weekends. This position requires a High School education and one year of experience in Human Services and/or marketing or experience working with individuals with disabilities. A valid drivers license, reliable transportation and insurance are also required. Strong communication skills and the ability to market the program to prospective employers is also required.
