My client Is an Human Resource (HR) vendor providing solutions to companies of all sizes. Their product suite is ranked "Best in Class" by industry experts and has earned the "Top 10 HR Products Award" by Human Resource Executive magazine. Their growth has surpassed industry expectations at 70% per year over the last few years. To expand their Professional Services footprint they are seeking Implementation Consultants. Responsibilities Provide expert guidance for the analysis design and implementation of the applications. Oversee day-to-day implementation of HR Systems and Services Gather customer requirements, perform analysis, design and documentation of current state and future state workflows Provide expert guidance and assistance in the design and development of system parameters Load Data and create walk-through for clients approvals Create functional specifications for Technical Consultants review Develop test plans and coordinate testing Maintain regular communications regarding project issues, risks, and needs with client, vendor, team leadership and team members Classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections Identify and implement solutions in cooperation with other team members, end-users and customers Requirements BA/BS Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, motivational, analytical and project management skills required. 2-4 years implementation experience Previous work experience with computer software development and/or support, HRIS applications, and human resources or payroll experience. HTML experience and comfort with data structures is preferred. Knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL, or other programming language. Proven project management skills a must. Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment required.
