Payroll Coordinator
Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the analysis and coordination of weekly payroll and timekeeping activities for regional staffing office, handles various payroll and timekeeping functions including: weekly submittal for approximately 600 plus career employees. Maintenance and reporting from company automated time collection system and manual time adjustments.
Primary liaison with facility department managers for proper accounting and reporting of timekeeping issues related to employee payroll and to resolve payroll/timekeeping issues. Reconcile and balance weekly payroll staffing budget. Review, interpret, explain and advise on payroll/timekeeping policy and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and personnel information contained in employee records.
Must possess strong written skills; ability to compose documents, reports, letters and office memoranda utilizing appropriate formats and styles. KRONOS and Lawson experience preferred, advanced excel experience required. Finance degree preferred.
