What does an Organizational Effectiveness Analyst DO?
Put your energy and intelligence to work, keeping our multibillion dollar operation moving, and making a real difference. In addition to provide analytical and program support to the Organizational Effectiveness team within the Human Resources Department, you'll also be responsible for:
* Research - Identify and discover requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, web, task and workflow analyses, etc.
* Analysis - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding. Must be an expert in data analysis and MS Excel software.
* Report Preparation & Presentation - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts. Must be highly-proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio software.
* Assistance - Perform other duties as assigned such as assisting the Learning & Development Team on projects & programs.

The driven candidate we desire should have:
* Associates Degree or higher
* 2+ years experience in an analytical role
* Acute attention to detail, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and interact with all levels of the organization
* Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data. Adept at researching external market information from a variety of sources.
* Passion for data mining techniques to address business issues is essential.
* Experience with Research & Analysis, Human Resources, Finance and/or Distribution preferred
* MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio required. Working knowledge of HRIS databases preferred
