The Strategy Consultant (SC) provides the human focus that helps enable these benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to both manage change and enable the business transformation. SC uses consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze issues and drive solutions that transform the client’s business. The Organization Change SC responsibilities include: organization design, change management, benefits realization, communication strategy, stakeholder management, & culture transformation.
The SC provides team leadership, as well as managing client relationships in complex environments. This is a hand's on delivery role, not an account management or business development role.
Preferred candidates will have prior consulting experience, with preference to global consulting firms. This role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. They use in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze their clients business issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.
For This Role, It is also expected that newly hired resources into this group live within a reasonable commuting distance (25 miles) of New York City, NY and surrounding area;. (Candidates located in areas of Boston, Philadelphia, central/northern NJ, or southern CT may also be considered on exception) Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in creating and executing an organizational change strategy plan
At least 3 years experience in developing and executing organizational alignment
At least 2 years experience in communications strategy and planning
At least 3 years experience in creating detailed analysis and insights around stakeholder management and analysis of behavior in organization
At least 3 years experience in structuring ambiguous requests and sourcing information creatively
At least 2 years experience in consulting via a consulting firm or professional services organization
Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
English: Fluent
