Organizational Change Management is a proactive, structured process for addressing the people and organizational issues associated with business transformations, such as ERP implementations, mergers & acquisitions, or major strategy realignments. 


 


Providing client services throughout the world, the Organizational Transformation practice at Infosys Consulting is a fast-growing unit comprised of seasoned consultants, primarily from the “Big 4”, who have brought a wealth of knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit yet are all linked by Infosys’ common OCM methodology which leverages key enablers and outcomes to achieve client value.


This role provides leadership of organizational change management work streams within business transformations.


 


Job Responsibilities:


Principal



  • Business Development - Responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with clients and building add-on business for the practice and the firm

  • Project Management - Lead the OCM portion of an assessment, project, or program, including Training.  Provide overall project management necessary to deliver a quality OCM solution that meets the client’s business requirements.  Fully participate in and support the larger team of global IT professional & subject matter experts who establish complete business & functional requirements, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics.

  • Consulting Delivery - Responsible for delivering world-class OCM practices and processes to our clients. Interface with middle and senior-level client personnel to develop OCM implementation strategies, projects plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an engagement. Designing outstanding organizational change solutions to support Best Practice implementations

  • Practice Leadership - Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the OCM practice in various roles such as collateral development, recruiting, and methodology development.


 


Qualities, Experience, and Skills



  • Previous consulting experience is required, preferably Big 4.

  • Ability to help clients to manage change and solve problems that deal directly with aligning people and organizations to the implementation of business strategies.

  • Experience designing and leading detail OCM / change program work jointly with the client and coaching the client on OCM matters.  This includes detail activities such as delivering change visioning workshops, building an OCM strategy / plan; identifying and managing stakeholders; leading culture and leadership analysis and gap/fit/action planning; designing and delivering communications in print, web, and talking points; analyzing and sharing "what's changing" information about the work and organization; managing development of training strategy and overseeing training delivery; designing new / revised jobs and organizations; aligning HR policies and practices with the new way of working; and facilitating business implementation readiness through a network of business representatives.

  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, graduate degrees in subject areas such as Organizational Behavior and Development, Industrial Psychology, or Occupational Technology (Training) are a plus

  • Willingness to travel 4 days a week


 


The position will be associated with our offices in New York City or Bridgewater, NJ, Bellevue, Washington, Fremont or Lake Forest California, Dallas or Houston, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia, Lisle, Illinois or Quincy, Massachusetts (we are not currently offering relocation).
