Professional, On-site Coordinator. Masterson Personnel, a leader in the staffing industry for over 40 years, is looking for someone to join our Austin team as an On-site Coordinator. The On-site Coordinator: This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the on-site client relationship through professional and discretionary temporary placement and customer service skills. The On-site Coordinator manages all functions of the placement process, including obtaining and evaluating client information, making professional decisions on temporary placement based on qualifications and providing exceptional administrative documentation, reporting and follow up to the client company. The On-site Coordinator is responsible for determining the course of action for temporary employee performance issues through an investigation that may include coaching, counseling, progressive discipline and/or termination of their employment.
