National Sales Representative for Tax Resolution Firm
Sales Representative for Tax Resolution - Recession proof industry. We love what we do and you will too!
A unique opportunity exists for individuals to work as a Sales/Enrollment representative from your home office. We are interested in talking with individuals that can work 10:00am to 7:00pm PST and are dedicated to customer service and able to set and meet sales goals while working at home. Available shifts are Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.
You can set up an office in your home and we will route incoming customer calls to your dedicated line. We are a national Tax Resolution firm operating in all 50 states.
As an Enrollment Specialist you will:
Take incoming calls daily from customers responding to our national TV and radio ads needing IRS and state tax resolution services.
Explain services by answering inquiries; explaining requirements and benefits.
Enroll new client accounts by obtaining and verifying required information; input information into customer account database.
Complete transactions by obtaining signatures; payment method; preparing documents.
Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintain client confidence by keeping account information confidential.
Have excellent communication, customer service and strong closing skills.
Skills/Qualifications:
Customer Service, Selling to Customer Needs, People Skills, Attention to Detail, General Math Skills, Integrity, Thoroughness, Multi-tasking.
We will provide company and product training.
Position includes a base salary plus commission allowing the opportunity to reasonably earn in the $40K to $60K range.
