Scope: The National Recruiter will recruit national sales positions. They will also recruit for marketing and operations positions on occasion. The positions range from mid to Sr. level leadership. The National Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, selling customer opportunities, screening and submitting candidates to our customers. They will have access to job boards, an established applicant tracking system, job postings, administrative support for references, posting jobs and periodic sourcing. They will have access to a Researcher that generates candidate names and numbers for competitive searches and a designated Recruiter who cold-calls against all research that is obtained. They will also receive phone equipment, which will link them to our corporate phone system with an extension. But most importantly, they will receive a continuous funnel of new business, placement and financial opportunity.
Requirements: • 5+ years experience with recruiting; either agency or corporate • Track record of high-volume/high-growth staffing environments • Excellent communication and phone skills • Sound experience showing fast response time, consistency and success • Strong coaching and negotiation skills • Proactive characteristics and proven ability to remain diligent on searches • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks at the same time • Superior consultative skills and ability to influence decisions. • Must have the ability to provide three customer (internal or external) , candidate & leadership references • Sales and Marketing recruiting experience preferred, but not required. • Past experience working virtually from a home office preferred, but not required. • BS Degree required
