Mgr Recruit Strat & Programs
This position will develop and implement strategic recruitment programs in order to attract high potential candidates; work with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes. They will serve as communication liaison for everyone involved in the staffing process and be responsible for full life cycle recruitment.
Areas of accountability will include but aren’t limited to:
Recruiting function
SuccessFactors Recruiting Module administration and enhancements
Recruiting policies and programs
Reporting infrastructure and processes
Business Unit staffing reviews
Internet contracts and vendor relationships
Recruiting metrics
Contractor vendor management system and process (Beeline)
Immigration policy and processes
Ensure Compliance with all background check policies and procedures
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a recruiting strategy that includes college and intern recruiting, social media, internet, networking, referrals and other direct sourcing methods; develop recruiting outreach programs related to the organization’s recruitment strategies
2. Lead recruiting team to support the acquisition of new talent into the organization; manage, motivate and provide ongoing training to team of professional recruiters
3. Ensure interviewing and selection training and effectiveness
