Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison for most of the following areas: succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development. Must be a United States citizen or be authorized to work in the United States. Must possess a DOD Secret clearance or ability to acquire it. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; may be waived upon demonstrated skills and knowledge. Minimum Experience: Ten (10) years experience in the Human Resources field, including SCA Labor relations/ Affirmative Action/ Equal Employment Opportunity compliance. Experience with Government projects and requirements desirable. Supervisory experience: Five(5) years managing human resources functions; may be waived upon demonstrated skill and knowledge.
