Managing Director, C&I
Senior business leader with expertise in the chemicals industry to actively seek out chemicals industry financing opportunities that can be addressed with CIT ending products - ABL and Cash flow. Utilize and develop deep relationships with true 'players' in the chemical industry finance arena as well as directly with chemicals companies to generate deal opportunities. Support the Sponsor coverage origination team and ABL origination team with regard to identifying and structuring chemical industry loans. Follow chemical industry trend and issues to be current on all factors necessary to direct resources and to evaluate transactions in light of CIT credit appetite.
15 years of corporate finance experience as a lender and/or investment banker with at least 5 years focused on the Chemicals industry. Relationships with both chemical companies as well as consultants, investment bankers and other professional that could be referral sources and trading/lending partners. Understanding of leveraged finance/cash flow lending and ABL lending. Ability to work in a deal team environment with regard to both receiving support and providing support. Must have very strong presentation skills to interface with senior credit committee. BA/BS required and MBA desirable
