Position Summary:
TeleTech is currently searching for a talented Sales Compensation Manager to aid in the development and administration of our global sales plans. Our Sales Compensation Manager will be responsible for ensuring reliable, scalable and robust sales incentive compensation programs to attract, reward, recognize and motivate high performing sales employees in a globally competitive environment.
Our Manager of Sales Compensation Duties & Responsibilities will include:
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and Global Compensation in the design and implementation of sales incentive compensation programs and policies to support TeleTech's business and compensation strategy on a worldwide basis.
Provide analytical support in the sales incentive compensation program development.
Provide strategic support of established goals by aligning sales compensation programs to business goals.
Manage the development and administration of sales compensation strategies, policies and programs. Analyze competitive compensation information and review sales compensation practices and trends relative to market to monitor competitive position.
Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports as required.
Conduct job analysis for sales positions to ensure appropriate compensation levels are established and maintained.
Apply knowledge of sales incentive compensation policies and procedures to recommend solutions.
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Sales, Legal and Finance.
Job Specifications -
BA/BS in Human Resources, comparable degree, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years experience in sales compensation with a focus on sales incentive pay metrics, process and design.
Good project management skills.
Expert with PC applications including Access, Excel, and Word.
A sense of urgency and the ability to deal with change and the shifting demands within the business environment.
Demonstrated ability to understand complex commission schemes with multiple components. Knowledge of global incentive compensation policies and programs and associated compliance issues.
Comfort level interacting with and advising all levels, including Executive Management, Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations leaders and colleagues.
Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable reports and metrics.
Excellent skills in mathematical, financial and comparative analysis.
