Overview:
Develop and deliver a Core Curriculum for the San Francisco employees, focusing on Platform and Leadership skill development for individual contributors and management skill development for supervisors up to and including Senior Executive level.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement a curriculum for individual contributors and supervisors to support their professional development and meet ongoing business needs.
  • Tailor corporate packaged training offerings and create custom training courses and materials to meet the needs of San Francisco based employees.
  • Establish strong partnership with New York Learning and Development team to share best practices and establish consistency within .
  • Create and distribute training plans for specified groups. Market Learning and Development programs effectively to build excitement and enthusiasm.
  • Manage available systems to track participation and ensure employee advancement in training programs.
  • Develop a list of ""Subject Matter Experts"" through selection, skill development and evaluation of facilitation skills. Utilize the SMEs to participate in courses within their areas of strength and expertise.
  • Coordinate any necessary training and development activities in support of company changes, new system rollouts and other corporate and specific initiatives.
  • Participate in New Hire Orientation and On-boarding program- partner with New York team to ensure consistency between coasts and continue to enhance the existing program.
  • Participate in Summer Internship program-orientation, training, presentations from key leaders within the organization and ongoing events.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Training and Development page on the portal.
  • Solicit feedback on Training & Development programs and individual courses. Analyze and implement feedback to improve the programs offered.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills Summary:
  • 2-4 years of retail/merchant-related experience.
