Manager HR Business Partner 3
Northrop Grumman Technical Services in Clearfield, UT is looking for a Manager, HR Business Partner 3 who will provide for the Human Resources and Administration services for the Missile System organization. Assures that HR and Shared Services are delivered in a manner that is cost effective, meets employee, company and customer needs/requirements, and complies with Corporate and Technical Services policies and with applicable laws and regulations. Leads and directs HR Business Partners in the delivery of employee relations and compensation services and in ensuring he satisfactory delivery of all HR and A Shared Services to IPT/Site organizations and employees. Acts as matrix manager for security, administration, staffing, ESH and Employee services functions for the delivery of their services at the sites. Represents and is spokesperson/MC for site management at various community and employee events. This position is located in Clearfield, UT.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field, 15 years experience in the delivery of human resources services, demonstrated ability to manage or lead cross functional teams, and to collaborate with numerous stakeholders and provide organization development solutions to business problems. Successful candidate will also possess demonstrated consulting and coaching skills with leaders, as well as excellent analytical skills. Experience in working in a non-union manufacturing environment preferred. The candidate selected must have the ability to obtain appropriate Department of Defense and program security clearances.
Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree, HR Certification Institute (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, a,
and Air Force experience.
