Macy's Oxmoor Center, Louisville, KY: Retail Charter Club Stock Associate, Part Time
Overview: The Vendor Stock Associate is responsible for all functions related to the flow of new merchandise for the vendor. Complete other operational tasks as needed.
Key Accountabilities :
Complete general shipment process in accordance to productivity standards and ensure floor readiness
Hang or fold merchandise and place on racks to be taken to the selling floor
Complete all processing activities in accordance with productivity standards timelines
Assist the Merchandise Team in the movement of fixtures and merchandising for new product, season changes, and clearance sets
Assist in replenishment of stock onto the sales floor
Assist in markdown process
Maintain stockroom organization and housekeeping
Process damages, transfers, and return to vendor merchandise
Maintain high customer readiness standards by delivering a clean, neat, easy to shop store environment
Follow shortage programs and procedures as they pertain to the receiving function
Attend to customer service needs in a friendly and helpful manner
Maintain communication with vendor, Sales Manager, Regional Director, Regional and District team for support on driving sales, promotions, and product knowledge
Adhere to all safety and security policies and procedures
Assist with special projects as assigned
Perform other duties as needed
