The Recruiter/Talent Scout is responsible for high-level management recruiting for our 11 call center organizations. This person will consult with department managers to determine appropriate recruitment priorities, as well as source, interview and recommend top candidates to be interviewed by hiring managers for strategic talent acquisition.
Partner with hiring managers to scope job position and gain a solid understanding of not only the skills and educational requirements, but also to determine the qualities and attributes of a successful candidate for the specific team
Mine, source and screen candidates, interview, set up interviews for hiring mangers, conduct reference checks, extend job offers and on-boarding
Continually grow the pipeline of qualified candidates through constant networking
Strategically work with hiring managers through workforce planning to support them in their department growth
Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or university, or 4 years of direct experience; and at least 5 years related experience and/or training.
