Kelly IT Resources, a division of Kelly Services, is currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Recruiter/Placement Director to join our Herndon office, which services Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. Our client base includes top IT firms as well as prestigious corporations. We are seeking someone who can understand their often-complex hiring needs and find the right candidates to fill their positions. Responsibilities include: recruiting and sourcing candidates , interviewing, resume consulting, meeting and servicing our clientele and networking within the community/industry associations.
Ideal Candidates will have the skills to staff and recruit for a variety of IT positions, including both temporary and direct-hire positions. The successful candidate also will have the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients, to maintain a positive attitude, to interview candidates effectively, and to react quickly as positions arise. Bachelor degree required or equivalent work experience.
