My client a well established manufacturing company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist/Admin. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Administers policy, coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, labor relations, benefits, and employee services. Compiles and maintains personnel records. Handles miscellaneous administrative and office maintenance duties. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough general knowledge and understanding of the human resources function. Prior experience as an exempt and nonexempt interviewer. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and large numbers of employees. Ability to deal effectively with applicants and referral sources.
