International Customer Compliance Associate
- Research pricing discrepancies, early/late shipments, freight charges and EDI issues in SAP to determine validity of claims. - Communicate with customers and other company personnel, such as Credit Financial Services, Sales, Customer Service, Distribution Warehouse, Sourcing and Management to obtain details regarding the claim. - Log charge backs and report monthly on deductions and repayments. - Assist sales in negotiating and settling operational and contractual charge backs and disputed issues. - Prepare disputes to request re-payment from customers on invalid claims.
