International Compensation and Benefits Advisor
Description:
The purpose of the International Compensation and Benefits Advisor is to monitor, design and implement Compensation and Benefits programs to ensure ConocoPhillips maintains a competitive position globally among peer companies.
Responsibilities may include:
Manage competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs in one or more of the following locations: Australia, Canada, China, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Libya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, and Vietnam. The purpose is to ensure alignment with local attraction and retention efforts and consistency with corporate compensation and benefit principles. Recommend changes as needed. Responsibility includes survey completion/analysis, development of internal/external contacts, proposal development/approval and implementation.
Design and implement compensation and benefit programs in start-up locations
Provide International compensation and benefits expertise to HR management
Coordinate the international benefits pooling effort
Requirements:
Basic/Required Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's Degree
7 + years of compensation & benefits experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical, financial, and statistical skills
Ability to streamline and enhance compensation processes
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
Strong Excel skills
