Corporate Recruiter
Description:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for the leadership, implementation and delivery of a comprehensive recruitment and search process for all hiring needs within the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
The Corporate Recruiter must ensure that the Mission, Vision and Values of NextMed are represented in all hiring decisions. The Corporate Recruiter is also responsible for managing and overseeing the onboarding, orientation, and training processes for new employees and working closely with NextMed’s Directors, Lithotripsy and Laser Corporate Training Managers, and Lead Technologists to accomplish this. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Director.
Essential Job Functions:
-Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans-local and national
-Work with management to identify personnel needs, recruiting strategies and search assignments
-Create job descriptions and job advertisements
-Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
-Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
-Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
-Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
-Research recruiting resources and industry trends to identify and recruit the very best candidates
-Build networks to find qualified candidates
-Utilize various sources for recruiting-internet, career websites, professional networking sites, newspapers, professional organizations, career fairs, company website, college career services, social and professional networking
-Review resumes and credentials for the appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
-Research position qualifications, geography and schedule for the position in order to clearly communicate this with candidates
-Maintain the Staffing portion of the Company’s electronic HR system and Prescreen candidates and manage all communication with candidates
-Provide inspiring, accurate and thorough information to candidates about positions
-Schedule and conduct all initial interviews with candidates within the office or via Skype
-Review qualified candidates’ interview and qualifications with Senior
-Manage the application, background checks and references of all candidates
-Coordinate final interviews with Senior Management
-Draft all offer letters for approval and extend job offers
-Manage offers, negotiations, closing and all administrative components involved with hiring
-Communicate and coordinate the new hire’s orientation and training plan
-Facilitate and manage orientations and new hire paperwork-E-verify, tax documents, credentials, licenses, etc
-Maintain excellent working relationships with new hires and all personnel
-Perform other special projects as assigned
-Protect and safe-guard the company in all hiring decisions
-Maintain and follow-up with all worker’s compensation cases and communicate new developments to Senior Management.
Qualifications:
-Commitment to continuous learning in appropriate field
-Bachelor’s degree in the area of specialty, business management, or closely related field.
-5 Years of Recruiting Experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Positive attitude and enthusiasm
-Ability to mutli-task and handle multiple recruiting assignments at a time
-Must be able to accept constructive feedback and be extremely adaptable and flexible
-Strong initiative and judgment abilities
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
-Computer Fluency
