We invent, engineer and deliver technology solutions that drive business value, create social value and improve the lives of our ponsible for conducting or participating in multi-disciplinary process quality improvement/reengineering, redesign of processes for implementation of quality processes in every area of the company: engineering, manufacturing, service, administration, etc. Develops and leads the Process Improvement Teams (PITs) chartered to identify and resolve deficiencies in HPs business processes. Serves as the internal consultant of the business or functional area Quality Leadership Team to coach and provides direction in order to achieve desired business results. Counsels assigned business (es) regarding implementation of Quality improvement strategies, measurement, and training. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business cation and Experience Required:
Typically a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 plus years related experience or Masters degree and a minimum of 5-6 plus years experience.
