Inside Sales Representative
, the Worlds largest network of niche career communities, is looking for strong, proven sales professionals to join the Indianapolis sales office. This is a regional, outbound telesales role with a multi-state territory selling recruitment advertising services (career related advertising) into Small and Midsized companies within a protected territory. Over the past year, the Beyond Sales team has grown 250% and this growth is forecasted to continue. This is a highly independent role requiring both strategic territory planning skills as well as the ability to tactically execute on that plan every day. The position includes a good base salary, along with a strong commission plan with unlimited earnings potential.
Job Description: - Identify and generate leads and loyal customer relationships via telephone with moderate to no revenue history to assigned territory. Rep is responsible for building territory through heavy cold calling. - Able to function in a high transactional sales volume environment with heavy independently driven lead generation. - Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals - Attain a minimum of 100% of assigned revenue goal and new account acquisition goal by initiating outbound calls to prospective customers and new accounts. - Deliver value proposition, handle objections, & record statistics on each outbound call - Present key selling points/features and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations - Consistently move the customer or prospect towards commitment, and closes sales that exceed customer expectations - Ensure a superior customer experience with by addressing customer concerns and demonstrating empathy - Able to uncover needs, offer appropriate solutions, negotiate price and close accounts on the phone - Maintains a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products. Communicates this information to management on a regular basis. - Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly/quarterly quota - Engage field sales resources as appropriate to maximize customer relationship and growth. - Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Requirements:
At least 2+ years of sales experience with a proven solid track record in heavy prospecting and lead -generation. Experience should be in a high outbound transactional call environment, staffing/recruitment firm, or recruitment agency.
- Bachelors degree required. - Familiar with working in an incentive/goal driven environment - Experience needs to be in a Prospecting/Lead Generation role, preferably in a high volume, low touch sales environment - Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint specifically) - A working knowledge of is a plus - High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility - Internet Savvy - Can demonstrate proven creative lead generation methods
