The Opportunity:
Drive and grow company revenue by building client relationships
Drive large, sustainable business relationships with potential advertiser clients and agencies
Expand and retain existing client accounts by developing influential relationships with clients and agencies
The Job Requirements:
Have a minimum of four years sales and/or Account Management experience in online advertising or internet technology in an Inside Sales environment
Have managed revenue budgets in the $1 million range and will possess a proven ability to create products and strategies that help achieve sales objectives
Have exceptional experience in developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
Have a bachelor’s degree, with an MBA considered to be ideal
Have strong presentation skills in one-on-one executive briefings and large audience settings. Comfort level in presenting to a broad range of clients, from leading Fortune 1000 companies to smaller, regional players
Be a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves hunter who can operate effectively as a member of the sales team
Be a proactive individual with a strong work ethic who will flourish in a start-up environment, who possesses a strong sense of urgency and knows how to overcome obstacles to get things done in a timely fashion
Be an outstanding deal-maker, ideally with a demonstrated track record structuring and closing deals with both advertisers and agencies as well as defining and achieving quantifiable performance objectives
