HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST CMH10-026 Kalamazoo Community Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services is seeking a diversity minded individual to support the development and on-going operations of the Human Resources Department, by providing efficient administrative support, benefit enrollment and plan maintenance, and employment application/new hire processing. The successful candidate will have experience in working with benefit plan providers, employment/new hire processes and maintaining department documentation and records in an orderly fashion. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of three years human resource related experience is required. The position also requires computer proficiency in Microsoft 2007 products and excellent communication skills. Starting salary $29,500.
