At BenefitMall, we view ourselves as an extension of each Broker's support team. We provide Brokers with local market expertise, product price quotes, client proposals, enrollment support and ongoing client services.
We are looking for a Human Resources Representative to join our Corporate HR team. The primary role of the Human Resources Representative is the administration of all benefit functions including, health, dental, vision and 401k for BenefitMall employees. Additionally providing technical and analytical support through data gathering, analysis and generating reports.
HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produces reports and analyzes data from HRIS system. Assists with annual merit review process and various incentive bonus reviews and payments.
Assists with benefit plan design, carrier selection and contribution structuring. Conducts benefit enrollment information sessions; respond to employee inquiries; assist employees in resolving problems.
Oversee and administer the Wellness program.
Manages Annual open enrollment.
Assists with maintaining the accuracy of benefits data in HRIS system.
Functioning as a liaison between vendors and employees.
Update and monitor the Employee Position Tracker Report.
Gathering data, creating and filing annual audits of HR related information (such as 5500, 401k Census Data, and etc.)
Participates in new hire orientation and onboarding process.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of benefit programs and related regulations.
Requirements:
HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years Human Resources experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of applicable Federal/State laws and Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of plan designs
Working knowledge of compensation administration and benefit plan design and administration.
Advanced Excel skills, including daily use of Pivot tables and VLookups.
Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing.
Maintain confidentiality of personnel records.
Read, comprehend, and interpret job-related documents.
Work in and contribute to a positive team environment.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and quickly adapt to changes in work assignments.
