The right individual will have outstanding communication skills, labor negotiations, recruiting skills, organizational development experience and a record of employment longevity.

We are an Automotive Tier 1 company building a strong foundation in Central Indiana. We are presently in the process of building a plant. We will be located in the west side of Indianapolis. The HR manager will help us with various building and hr logistics during construction.
Requirements:
Human Resources Manager will have 7 or more years experience in Human Resources Management gained at a Manufacturing Facility where they have gained experience in Recruiting, Benefits Administration, Labor Relations and Safety Management.
BS/BA in Human Resources or related field.
Must have 5 or more years of manufacturing environment experience with a strong preference for Automotive Tier 1 or Automotive Heavy Duty or Automotive OEM
3-5 years in a Senior HR role with supervisory experience
Must have a strong background in Education and Training. Candidates that do not show a Strong Background in Education or Training will not be considered.
Experience Managing Plant Safety. Experience in OSHA requirements or ISO 14000 will be considered a plus
Experience in Talent Acquisition, labor compliance, succession planning, training, compensation, employee relations, and contact positions.
Experience in FMLA, Employee Evaluation, Compensation and Benefits, Negotiation of Benefits and Insurance Agreements.
Experience with Health Care and New Benefits Administration and negotiation.
Experience hiring Plant Management.
