JOB DESCRIPTION:
Senior level HR professional providing superior HR support to the Recon Selling organization inclusive of employee relations, compensation planning and administration, performance management, training & development, coaching & counseling and decision support on the people dimension of the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Strong emphasis on developing a strong partnership with the selling organization to lead initiatives building outstanding capabilities in staffing, employee engagement, and organization/talent development.
  • Perform significant employee relations investigations and educate sales management proactively regarding employee relations and employment law matters.
  • Through this close partnership with both management and employees, this HR professional will analyze and measure current HR practices and recommend and implement best practices.
  • Manage the succession planning and talent management processes, administer the performance management process, conduct new employee on boarding, and manage all employee litigation/dispute resolution for their business groups.
  • Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence and Shared Services groups to deliver seamless, outstanding full service delivery to the clients.
  • Has shared responsibility with clients on building great leadership capabilities and business results.

    Qualifications/Work Experience

  • 8 years of HR experience with significant time spent supporting a sales organization in a generalist capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability in providing strong counseling to sales management.
  • Experience in organization design/restructuring, change management, and compensation planning and administration.
  • Demonstrated ability in complex employee relations/performance management matters.
  • Strong business and analytical ability with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence different groups.
  • Superior communications skills, high-energy with unwavering ethics required.
  • Accustomed to working with senior management.
  • Results oriented with strong training and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing/administering sales incentive plans.
  • BS in related field; MS/MBA preferred.
