Human Resources Intern - Asset Servicing
Title: Human Resources Intern - Asset Servicing Location: PA-Pittsburgh The Human Resources Intern will be primarily responsible for supporting Asset Servicing projects, which will include, but is not limited to, the following: * Research, validate and report Synergy related activities in support of the Asset Servicing (AS) Transformation project. He/She will assist in the development of job descriptions for new roles created as a result of the new Coverage model, Platform Consolidation and End to End process improvements. * Assist in Global Delivery reports tied to growth in new locations. * Develop standard travel packages for Subject Matter Expert usage. * Support the Asset Servicing Pittsburgh Diversity program which will be piloted in 2012. Duties will include developing brown bag lunch series, knowledge seminars, internal job fairs etc. * Support the roll out of Values Based Workplace for all Global Client Service Delivery employees and updates to the Global Client Service Delivery website with changes to the organization from Transformation projects. * Gain a general understanding of the Human Resources Business Partner function within the Asset Servicing business.
The qualified individual must be enrolled in a 4-year degree program in HR or a related field and must have aminimum GPA of 3.0. Candidates entering junior or senior year preferred. He/She will possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills. Experience working with Microsoft Excel and related computer skills is needed. Strong communication and organizational skills is a must. He/She should be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
