In this diverse role you will act as a business partner to a State Director and other leaders, supporting about 400 employees in North Dakota. You can expect to invest the largest part of your time in employee relations, FMLA administration, employee retention and training. Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or behavioral or medical complexities. As a Human Resources (HR) Generalist with REM North Dakota you'll be one of those special people.

For REM North Dakota and The MENTOR Network, a Human Resources Generalist is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do here every day.

REM North Dakota is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR function within the state of North Dakota. This individual will handle employee relation issues, recruit and source talent, facilitate training programs, manage local workers compensation issues and will collaborate with HR leadership to implement policies and initiatives. The HR Generalist will administer other assignments and human resources management issues as appropriate.
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus three years of experience in Human Resources required
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
