In this diverse role you will act as a business partner to a State Director and other leaders, supporting about 400 employees in North Dakota. The staff and programs you will support provide people with innovative, quality services and care that lead to growth and independence; while you'll provide the full array of HR service.
You can expect to invest the largest part of your time in employee relations, FMLA administration, employee retention and training. REM North Dakota is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the HR function within the state of North Dakota. This individual will handle employee relation issues, recruit and source talent, facilitate training programs, manage local workers compensation issues and will collaborate with HR leadership to implement policies and initiatives. The HR Generalist will administer other assignments and human resources management issues as appropriate.
Qualifications
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree plus three years of experience in Human Resources required
Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
