Job Description The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance to the Human Resources Department. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. Must be able to prioritize and work independently with several diverse projects.
- General HR Administration: Responsible for all employee file set-up, on boarding and maintenance, I-9 files, new hire forms. Assist with recruitment process related to internal job postings, background screens, paperwork and scheduling of interviews. Handle employment verifications, written requests and other correspondence. Work with HR team to plan and implement employee activities, events and other strategic plans.
- Benefit Administration: Act as a liaison for employees to providers and TPA. Maintain benefit records and files. Coordinate with Payroll in the Finance department in reference to benefits related payroll deductions. Reconciliation of all benefits statements, as well as supporting the administration of our retirement plan.
Basic Qualifications College degree in Business Administration or related field 3+ years of HR experience Microsoft Office experience Must have good basic writing and language skills, inclusive of grammar, punctuation and formatting Certification in Human Resources (PHR) (Preferred)
