Human Resources Generalist 4

Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Consults with management on staff selection. Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have experience leading an HR project or team?

Do you have experience with HR Labor and/or Employment related laws, policies and procedures?

Do you have at least two years partnering with business leaders to deliver HR services and products?

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Job related information
As part of the GS&S Functional HR team, you will partner with various Functional Skills Leaders and Program/BU Human Resources team members to drive HR strategic direction and solutions for skills management. Your primary focus will include leading the development and deployment of key strategies and tactics to support Strategic Workforce Planning including staffing, critical skills assessments, recruiting, and internal skill development. You will partner with key representatives from Global Staffing, Hourly Workforce, Recruiting, Global Diversity and Employee Relations, Compensation and Training to deliver processes to meet the business objectives. As the skill team HR leader, you will ensure daily skill team practices meet both Boeing policy and functional people plans. The preferred candidate will have a strong ability to develop strategic plans in line with GS&S business initiatives related to assigned functions that enhance functional excellence. Experience in change management and organizational effectiveness will be beneficial. Also the ability to foster strong relationships and a high level of collaboration with the GS&S senior leadership, Central Function partners and various GS&S HR team members.
