Human Resources Generalist 4
We have an exciting opportunity to join the 747 / 767 / 777 Everett Delivery Center HR team, partnering with managers and their teams to ensure delivery of HR products and services that enable business success. Lead role working closely with HR leadership to support daily activities in either an Engineering or Operations HR team. Integrator of team processes in order to create One HR team and transparency for the customers. Interfaces with skill teams and other HR service providers in order to establish and maintain a resource network for enabling effective strategic partnering. Needle mover and champion in support of Talent Management initiatives for Engineering Customers. Designs and implements other workforce strategies. The incumbent(s) will also be the assigned HR business partner for a small customer base with multiple management layers. Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Gathers data, analyzes trends and develops creative corrective solutions. Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks and monitors case activities

Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationDo you have experience leading an HR project or team?
Do you have experience with HR Labor and/or Employment related laws, policies and procedures?
Do you have at least four years partnering with business leaders to deliver HR services and products?
Do you have experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or HR systems?
Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
