Boeing Defense, Security, and Space (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources (HR) individual to service in an HR partner position. This position, located in Huntsville, Alabama, is part of a team supporting programs such as Space Launch Systems, Ground Based Missile Defense and a 1000 engineer workforce across various sites. Through partnering with senior business executives and HR central functions, the position is responsible and accountable to: 1) Develop and execute a Long Range People Plan that ensures a capable workforce is always ready to support the business mission and objectives; 2) Develop and improve leadership capabilities, 3) Implement Boeing's five HR strategies tied to leadership development, talent pipeline/plans/engagement, well-being, diversity & inclusion and HR service delivery; 4) Partner in organizational transition and change management activities; 5) Advise business leaders and managers in how to leverage HR policies, procedures, processes and services to operate their business effectively and efficiently; 6) Educate and advocate for managers and employees around HR issues.

Typical Education/Experience

Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
