Human Resources Gen 3
This position supports multiple sites and locations. Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices and processes. Develops and/or implements integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Tracks and analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and recommends or implements corrective solutions. Partners with leadership to implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives. Conducts employee investigations, serves as an employee advocate as well as counsel to management, tracks and monitors case activities. Provides resolution to the HR Service Center on elevated issues. Actively participates in strategic and operational decision making. Provides advice and counsel to management to align and integrate HR strategies to the business strategies. Participates in business proposals representing HR strategies and objectives to align with future business pursuits. Understands the business of the customers and builds collaborative integrated solutions focused on specific business challenges. Collaborates with HR teammates, industry partners, and customers to develop relationships, address employee challenges, proactively recommend solutions and present solutions to leadership.

Technical• HR Information Systems
Complete knowledge of HR information systems (e.g., self-service systems, automated request tools) including how to write queries and comply with process documentation requirements.

Complete knowledge of company HR policies and procedures and how they relate to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Labor/Employment Laws
Complete knowledge and understanding of federal and state labor/employment laws, regulations, procedures, and standards as they apply to one's job responsibilities.

Complete knowledge of organizational development dynamics/principles (e.g., mitigate resistance to change, whole systems thinking and design, organization design and effectiveness).

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Job related information
Position requires a high level of collaboration, project management experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated abilities to learn and understand the business and participate in critical business decisions. Quickly build working together relationships with all levels of management, HR peers and representatives from the HR central functions. Experience and success in influencing others, challenging status quo thinking across multiple levels of leadership, taking initiative, conducting root cause analysis and developing creative solutions is strongly desired. Must be able to see the larger implications when developing approaches, options, alternatives and solutions to challenging issues. Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize requests amidst competing demands, and the ability to be flexible required. Must be proficient with project management software, Microsoft applications, and/or other technical skills & knowledge associated HR Systems and Tools. Prefer knowledge of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and HR Reporting Systems.
