This person will have at least 2 years HR experience preferably in health care, have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of general HR systems, experience with Access, Excel, understanding of database management, have a creative personality, have a passion for HR, be VERY project oriented and a strong support person to Director of Human Resources. HR Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out several tasks at a time within the HR department. Candidate must have a strong, professional and approachable personality in person, on the phone and via email. Open door policy oriented is mandatory as well as being able to work under a fast paced, hair on fire department. Our HR department is fun but also works on projects that are deadline oriented and sometimes given at the last moment. This person must be able to research on the internet. This position will NOT involve employee relations, management development, direct comp/benes, recruitment. Opportunities to grow and develop on the job. Some commuting/travel will be required.
