Human Resources Co-Op

Hamilton Sundstrand is among the largest global suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and industrial products. We design and manufacture aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft and are a major supplier for international space programs. Our industrial products serve industries ranging from hydrocarbon, chemical and food processing to construction and mining.
Customer Service is looking for a project oriented individual to assist and office of 4 HR Managers.

Projects include:

Administering a culture change program being implemented across the business. The individual will be a member of the implementation team tasked with leading logistics of the program.

Work with Sr Leadership to improve succession planning process

Assist in implementing recognition and awards programs

Create standard work for key processes

Opportunity to assist HR Managers with other tasks





MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Must have a Bachelors degree and be enrolled in an advanced degree program
EXPERIENCE: Former Intership or Co-op experience is desireable
IND EXP:Former Intership or Co-op experience is desireable
