Human Resources Business Partner in Boston to $100K+!
Supporting 200 employees both locally and remotely, you'll be responsible for coaching managers as they implement HR / management initiatives in support of a growing, dynamic business. You should be a customer-focused HR professional who can quickly build credible relationships throughout the organization in order to earn the respect of your immediate Human Resources peers and your larger business community. This position will handle employee relations, performance management, talent management and coaching with an eye toward consistency, quality and compliance. A piece of this role entails educating the supported division(s) on Human Resources practices that positively affect business.
Requirements:
Ability to travel 10% nationally.
Experience as a corporate Human Resources Business Partner.
Experience supporting IT or engineering business units.
