The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery of an effective support to HR team which serves the Technology Operations new site in Buenos Aires.
The role is to provide support to the Human Resources department by taking full administrative responsibility for the HR systems, databases, data entry and legal documents required by the local regulations as to hiring, employee relations and terminations. To provide basic level employee guidance and support, e.g. HR induction materials and general first line support to employees.
Main responsibilities:
Systems
Accurately maintain HR and Business systems and databases including PeopleSoft, Taleo, SAP and Markview.
Working with internal systems specialists to maintain and enhance systems
Managing the HR and recruitment documents required by local regulations in both hard and electronic files
Working as part of the HR Operations Team to streamline and improve processes
Producing relevant reports on an ad hoc basis as and when required
Processes
Managing the end to end joiner and leaver administration process, making sure documents are filed accordingly to local laws
Liaison with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll paperwork
Maintaining employee files and ensuring employee documentation is filed appropriately
Following, understanding and working within a SOX compliant environment
Following up the immigration processes working in conjunction with IA group.

First point of contact for all employee queries
Briefing new joiners, direct employees queries to appropriate specialists or sources
Ad hoc projects, administration and support as required
Recruitment
Managing recruitment administration - following up on references, contracts of employment, entering new hire data onto PeopleSoft and updating recruitment records
Updating and managing new roles and existing vacancies on Taleo as and when required
Supporting with the administration of tests and assessment centres as required

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience: relevant experience for the role. Bi lingual: Spanish/ English
Relevant and demonstrable office administration work experience, preferably in a HR environment.
Must be accustomed to achieving high levels of accuracy with a high-volume administrative workload
Experience of working with systems essential
Experience of working with a HR database is desirable
Skills:
High level of personal integrity in order to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Good written and verbal communication skills
