Critical to your success in this role will be your ability to provide guidance and direction to managers and employees on Human Resource issues, such as on-boarding and terminations, laws such as FMLA and ADA compliance, coaching on disciplinary actions, and items related to reasonable accommodation with regard to LOA, STD/LTD, etc. You will build rapport with our staff by positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in the areas of HR practices that improve productivity and employee participation such as on and off-site functions like movie nights and picnics! You will also flex your organization and customer-facing skills as you cover our reception desk, about 10-15 hours per week, and you will lead trainings for employees, often in groups of 70+.
