A world-class manufacturer of high quality steel wire products has an opening for a dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead the strategic talent and organizational development partnerships that deliver business results and engage and inspire the workforce.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day HR management activities at the site including: Employee Relations, Recruiting & Staffing, Safety Management, Benefit administration, Compensation and Performance Management. In addition, the HR Manager will support and implement corporate related projects, processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY AND SKILLS:
Proven knowledge and exposure of Generalist responsibilities including Recruiting & Staffing employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession management, workforce planning, organization development and learning.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Strong business acumen.
Knowledge of Microsoft windows (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Excellent written and oral communications skills including presentation skills.
Experience and demonstrated success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field.
A minimum of 4 years professional experience including at least 2 years of demonstrated experience managing complex and innovative HR solutions and partnering across all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state employment laws. .
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
