Description: Employee's personal file management. Help in the performance reviews. Help to deal with personnel issues. Generate related reports. Assist the HR Europe Managers in day-to-day administration for all 8 Countries. Vacation Accrual for each Country. Back-up on all HR audits i.e. tax government pension, health insurance, ISO 9000 etc. Answering Marvell's main telephone line in the afternoon. Receiving the incoming packets and equipment in the afternoon from i.e. UPS, DHL, Federal Express etc. (i.e. test equipment, exchange equipment, etc.). Vacation accrual for each Country that needs to be reported to the payroll offices and the finance department in Switzerland + LOA. Company policies + procedures. Placing advertisements for job offers, coordination interviews, partially Virtual Edge Process (in coordination with Chiara Gabba from Italy). Back-up on Stock Options, ESPP and RSU.
